Hi! I'm William, a web developer creating beautiful and functional applications. Based out of upstate New York, I strive to build user-friendly experiences for the modern web.
About Me
As far back as 10 I was building websites. I would make websites to host my YouTube videos, or a blog for movie reviews, or sites with flash games that would bypass the school firewall. This would be the start of my web development journey. I graduated from Utah Valley University with a degree in Web Design and Development, and worked as a web app developer at the school for the last few years.
I work with front end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as frameworks like SvelteKit, React, and Vue. I also have experience with backend technologies such as NodeJS, MongoDB, and Express.
When I'm not hunched over a monitor I love to go hiking, collecting vinyl records, or sharpening my barista skills. I was born and raised in Utah, and have recently moved to upstate New York while my fiancée pursues her PhD.

MongoDB Movie Database
A full-stack application that allows users to search for movies and view details on dynamicly generated pages
UVU Schedule Builder
My senior project for my Bachelor's degree. An app that allows professors and students to import CourseLeaf csv files to build and edit schedules.
AI Movie Chatbot
Built with OpenAI's API, this app allows users to ask questions about movies, get movie recommendations, trivia, and more.
